charsystem - SM/ DL

hi everyone im using namech projekt season 2. There is character system which allows balanced pvp. So far i cant find the right formula for better damage for sm and for higher defense for dark lord. Here i leave the standart settings. Hope anyone can say me the right one for these 2 characters. Also how to fix aggility bug for soulmaster and other characters ?

//DARK WIZARD - those are all the settings i have for DW in charsystem.ini
AttackDamageMin_StrDiv_DW = 8
AttackDamageMax_StrDiv_DW = 4
AttackSpeed_DW = 20
MagicSpeed_DW = 10

//DARK LORD - and those are the settings for darklord's defense and speed
Defense_DL = 7
SuccessfulBlocking_DL = 7
AttackSpeed_DL = 10
MagicSpeed_DL = 10

since when sm gathers it's dmg from strenght, there should be MagicDamage_SMMG_Min/Max 9/4, Second: Agility bug, why not to reduce Attack Speed a little bit, like 2x less for DL, so fire scream would work at 28k agility, and somewhere about 12 & 18/Dexterity for SM so evil spirit could work on 32767 dexterity or sort off

those were the basic settings in my charsystem. Didnt touch anything .. and there is no magicdamage for sm..

what about darklord's def ? shall i lower def settings or make them higher ? Darklord's firescream does not work on 10k agg :{ with 5 attack speed and 5 magicspeed

Client Side Dark lord = 0x14 (means 20) both magic speed, and simple attack speed. (check my tut for calcharacter client side part)
SM Damage 1. Add Staff percent damage item(dunno).txt. if does not help thant fck with gs
