your ip must be local. If you have router try with your local ip address the one router sets you - 192.168.**.** , global ips do not work. Do the same with exdb. Also check your other exe's -dataserver and etc. If there is an error - post it so we can see what is the error.
sir i succesfully do the server now my question is how to set my chacrter to admin position?
try with editor ... or in sql - character table , there search for ctlevel which has to be 32 for gamemaster.
