Geettings again Janex23 and many thank you's for replying

yes original client it opens to opening but displays no servers no matter what ip i edit it with ive tried other 1.07v+ versions they disconnect before any servers are displayed. big sigh!!!!
ok ive closed port 1433 was gonna use it for mumaker remotely but see your point and no i hadnt forwarded the port to ip but have now. i used special application area for ports but now created server port forward in router for 44405,55901,55919,55906 i checked it is 44405 and what should i check in connect server

well to verifiy if its really open or not, visit this site : canyouseeme.org then try checking the ports 44405, 55901 and 55919 (i only open this ports right now xD) the site will guide you on how to check your port :D

then does your client (the recommended one) goes with 2 mains?(main.exe)

    Re: client wont connect

well thats it your port is not open (44405) :) maybe your ISP by default does not allow you to porf forward xD

i dont know if i m right but uhm do u create the server for your kinds only? then there would be norpbole mconnecting then if ur going to host it in lan :)

try contacting ur isp maybe they dont allow port forwarding.

    Re: client wont connect

    try this....

    go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

    then open HOST with notepad

put SERVER LAN IP then your GLOBAL IP

    example:

    server lan IP : 192.168.0.101
    global IP : 111.111.111.111

    Code:
    # Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
    #
    # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    #
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
    # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
    # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
    # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
    # space.
    #
    # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
    # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    #
    # For example:
    #
    # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
    # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

    127.0.0.1 localhost
    192.168.0.101 111.111.111.111

    Re: client wont connect

you can also use HAMCHI if it's only for your

    SON and his FRIENDS ,,

anyway Hmmm,, if you are from the Phillippines

and also having that SmartBro ISP

the problem with that is all PORTS were BLOCKED

    on that ISP ,,

you can also CHECK your FIREWALL

maybe it is also BLOCKING them

and also on your ROUTER FIREWALL ,,,

HOPE your FREINDS can PLAY so they can ENJOY

    MuONline GAMES ,,

    GOODLUCK !!!!!
