Coding In Visual Basic 2010 Mu Online Auto Update Launcher

I need help from at least a decent coder im working on a project in visual basic cause the auto update launcher i found from a free release was terrible im wondering are they way i cant make it i have a update launcher made for example: i made a tab that check for update and it downloads in the browser and you haft to extract it are they anyway i can make it to where it automatically extracts to the client?

btw i use dropbox to download the files through the launcher.
