Hi. You can use the your computer's name instead of 127.0.0.1 for the IP/Host

IP/Host: gandaf82 (example only)
Database 1: MuOnline
Database 2: MuOnline (change it to MeMuOnline if you have)
SQL User: sa
SQL Pass: yourpassword

what webserver you use? xampp ? if yes what version and if not what else u use?
maybe mssql function is not enabled
