Connection Closed dwlosize ==0

Hi, thanks for reading, i use RMST files and my users get randomly disconnected under the line "connection closed dwlosize ==0", i know its the regular line that shows up when the connection is closed, but GS still disconnect them randomly, any ideas?, thanks.
