Connection with wan ip

Hello i have muonline server and im new.
Im with router
I have static ip
The problem is i have lan ip and wan ip
And when i config the server with the lan ip servers is only for me.
When i config the server with wan ip the server is for all players but not for me.
And i cant connect.
Can someone explain to me how to connect from the host machine?

go buy vps from profitserver for 7usd for test it works fine

Well what you could do is upload a public client for your players and make a new main.exe that is local host for you. So you all can play.

Create a Microsoft Loopback Adapter.
I recommend it for both Local & Global IP. You can play with the other players or solo (yourself)
VPS or your PC it's the same configuration, and it works 100%
Most of all don't forget to open the ports.
