Connection with xampp

I've got a problem when going to my website:
<br> /> <b> Fatal Error</b>: Call to undefined function mssql_connect() in <b>C:\xampp\htdocs\modules\jW8iPl-KK5.php</b> on line <b>10</b><br />
looked up to see whats in the line:
$_I6otf=mssql_connect ("$_I6ooJ", "$_I6Cto", "$_I6i8Q"); // Don't Edit Here

As I know this means that I need to enable mssql in xampp, can someone give me a guide or something on how to do it?

mssgl on config.inc replace odbc connection with "MSSQL"

I was using a newer version of xampp which didnt support mssql connection, now i got an older one which does, I did enable mssql in it, but I cant view my website. It says that the page is not available.

open port 80 ? and turn off firewall?

port 80 is opened, do I need to turn the firewall completely, or can I make exceptions?

i allways just turned it off..

if u wanna make exceptions then search the apache .exe and allow it also u need to have skype closed [if u use :)]
