ConnectStat not updating

I don't know if this is supposed to work properly or not, but when I set up the website for my server, I couldn't get the connected users number to show up properly. I've done quite a bit of work with php in the past and I was sure the code I'd written should be functioning properly. So I left a character logged into the server for 30 minutes and checked the MEMB_STAT table in the database and found it hadn't updated the ConnectStat. However, at one time it had to of, because it had my main gm account and a test account in there. None of my other accounts show up in there and I'm not sure why. If you look at the image below, you'll see that it's updating the time that I actually connect, just not the ConnectStat itself.

Any ideas?

I thought they would be. They seem to have been updating on their own at some point, as can be seen by the screenshot above -- They did work. I just don't know why it wouldn't now.

Does anyone know if this is just a setting that is turned on and off?

did you let them connect to your SQL ?

if it is then the prob is the FILE ,;)

Fixed this by starting from scratch. Some weird setting somewhere..thanks for the suggestions though.
