Create Account for MG and DL wont work

I have a problem about this creating a character for both MG and DL it seems i m having trouble, but when i edit it manually it work, perhaps you guys has the experience and got the solution here is the screen Shot.

Is possible that you don't have one character with 220 lvl(250 for DL) in your account?
