Id seriously love this offer since im greedy but for once im going to say its better not to get someone to help you and pay him,
setting up a server is more interesting than you think specially website, you get to discover alot of things, if you cannot do this it means your not really serious in making a server, there are 10+ active guides in the tutorial that is still working, you should check them out.
After that you will see setting up a server is not even worth 1$ :D

its woryh more than 25$ believe me when u done its yea feel easy but remember sql/ports/right seettting all over ip there yea its easy but till u learn.
