Custom set help

Hi guys! I have a normal S6 E3 MU online. Can somebody help me with

1st. Where can i find custom sets? many MU online has those custom sets like Horn Set, Cloud set, Serpent Set and so on. I was wondering where can i find those. The ones i find in ragezone skin sections are not the ones which are famous in many s6e3 private servers.

2nd. How do i add custom sets in my game? currently i only know how to change skins (example black dragon set ill change it to another good looking set) but im looking for how to add a set which is totally independent and not just re-skinned. (and also hopefulyl how to make them be equipped by all kind of characters)

i would much appreciate help of this 2 question
