Dark Lord Fire scream

Hello dear friends,

I have a question and I want to know if it can be done, how it can be done
It`s about fire scream skill. On some servers it`s working at 32767 but on mine won`t work over 14k

So the question is: How can I fix that?
-I know it`s agility bug but maybe some of you know how to modify attack rates and attack speed in main.
-Maybe there is some file wich I don`t know.

Please read and help me if you know. I would be very gratefull if someone can help me because birds skill is making too much lag and dark lords doesn`t have an alternative
