DataServer CzF season4.5

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with my problem.
I am using czf season 4.5+custom modification.
I always get "[MapServerMng] file load error - sSVR_CODE < 0 (SRV:-9645) - 1" when I try to run DataServer 1. After I press OK, a new error comes: "Map Server Data load error" followed by GSBDSet odbc Connect fail.
I changed from win 7 64bit to win 7 32 bit, I have Net framework 3.5, Sql server 2005 Sp3. I tried everything, still can't manage to solve this problem.

check mapserverinfo.dat

and check your odbc connection to your sql server
