Dataserver is not starting

Hello,
Im using this MuServer: http://forum.ragezone.com/f508/bug-f...2-open-776767/
When i try to start the server, Dataserver is not starting. It stops at "Running".
I can see the process dataserver in task manager. but it don't start.
Im using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Please Help Me.
