why don't you try to use the Titans Tech instead of ENC?
enc have many bug.

they are opened but i don't know what happen to DataServer1 it does go DC when it runs by 5mins - 10mins
use other dataserver and rename it to 1?
I have DataServer1 = DataServer1 always Disconnect

you are not running the dataservers in correct port.
were did i can change it ?!
startup.ini or dataserver\dataserver.ini
