Date/Time of Castle Siege setup

Hi, I can't manage it to work on Fridays at 7-8pm(GMT+8)Philippine time.
Here's my setup files.

u need change date MuOnline/table/ sige settings

On the SQL? But the Hours and Minutes are not there

yes in sql start day 2016 02.07 end day 2016.02.14 (date format hungary)

My problem, Whats about if I like 8pm will start the Castle siege? I mean the War for Castle Siege

thats hour config

6 6 18 0 // ready for castle siege state
7 6 19 0 // castle siege start state

18 = 6pm / when siege announce
19 = 7pm /when the siege starts ..
20 = 8pm / when siege ends

if u want siege to start at 8pm u change 19 to 20 and 20 to 21 for 1 hour or 2 hours siege till 22.

So I won't be wrong and mess up again with my castle siege server.
