or you can search in google for Remote DDoS protection and add it on your host, even hyperfilter is awesome.

you need to learn what DDoS is mate, ddos is about how strong your NETWORK is, logically if you have 1000 MBS Upload and Download you have a really strong network, so basic attacks wont do crap, and the anti ddos software doesnt do crap either, i had ddos'ers i used every anti ddos software and it didnt do anything, it just says who attacks you (ip etc) u can block it maybe but it willl use proxy and hit you back again...

you need only to pick up a good hosting service or buy remote DDoS protection.

and .. cloud vps = issues with Server DC every day randomly etc .. u dont even wanna listen, i wont try to advice anything else.
