Debugger error (screen incl)

Hello, i got problem again.
My server been on for 2 days now, and i ahde a debbuger error in DataServer. How to fix it?
Here is a screen, but its all in russian, maybe u would udnerstand...

Also i jsut notice in GS its says "DataServe conect fail".

ehmm what u did with debugger? whats ur OS what files u using etc..

Plz help, i though i fixed the error, but its came up again. 1st time i change dataserver files and it worked, now i do smae thing, nothing.
here is a screen wat comes up when i start dataserver1 (or 2)
