    Decrypting some files

Hi people! Since I didn't find anything about decrypting the next files, I opened a new thread. I want to decrypt these files:
    Server: DataServer.ini.dat, ExDB.ini.dat, Dec1.dat and Enc2.dat,
    Client: Dec2.dat and Enc1.dat.
If anyone could help me, please do so. Thanks! :)

Dec1.dat and Enc2.dat contains crypt keys for C3/C4 packet type
    Encrypted C1 and C2

encdec is already released in rz c++ and delphi example!

Mainly I need DataServer.ini.dat and ExDB.ini.dat because those files contain the settings for the servers such as MSSQL username, password, and odbc name.

But in the older versions (0.9x) there I could change these informations by hexing the servers, but now these files contain the data which could be found by hexing a long time ago..
