What files do you use?
it should be in messages.txt find it in Data somewhere and remove it,
then test and see if it was that line, if not then put it back and search for it on text.bmd or something
I am using TT s6e3.

if I will delete that string I think that there will not be that message anymore at all even these 10min before as it have to be.Code:2 193 [Devil Square] will start after %d minute(s)

you might try other message.txt from other s6 files ?
maybe the codes 191/192/193 etc are misread from gs.
also how often you have DS event?
i used tt files some time ago and this happened to me when i use "load data" from gs,
when you make changes better restart (close and open again) the gameserver instead of load data
