Disable jewel drop? How?

Hello guys, I wish introduce an ZEN economy on my server, but, the normal jewel drop interferes.
I wanted the only way to get jewel is from a NPC.

Can I disable it? How? It's coded on GS?
I'm using Julia 4.6 files right now and want to upgrade to Season 6.3 (TT or SCF files, what is better?)

Yes, well.. delete them from item.txt and reload on GS.
and see if drops.. also if there is anyyyyy rate anywhere that makes jewels drop like itemdroprate.txt then remove them from there too.

I alredy do it on "itemdroprate", "droprate", "itensdrops" or whatever.
I will try comment jewel line on item.txt.
