Disconnection on my server

Hello,


I just set up my own server on my Windows 7 x64. All is ready in my Start Up, i can edit the accounts and all but i cant connect to the game. Well I used hex editor, found the IP and change for mine. But I get Dc when trying to connect to the game. Maybe some1 will tell me how to solve it? Ohh its Season 3 episode 2. I would be thanksful for linking me another client to download ;)

check your odbc...at admistrative panel or use this if you use sql2000

Did you run your gameserver and gameservercs?

you got dc after the loading? or when you click the server?

you main.exe IP should be the same with serverlist.dat(connectserver folder) and mapserverinfo.dat (data folder)

and event server got ODBC error.. double check your config there.

Oh I didnt noticed the fail with ODBC, i tot is all ok cause of the start up saying is ready. I didnt run anything but, the start up opened all.
I get dc when i run client. As my main dont connect with my server.
Btw Im using phone now so Ill keep trying once im back home.

This dont help me, still same problem, I tried run gameserver with CS and i got another problem. I did manually my ODBC, didnt work, used what u sent me, dont help. Im using sql 2000.

You need a autentification on GameServer !

Create a shorcut whit GameServer.exe

Give Click Right> Properties

Now in your first link you need to add this command

127.0.0.1 55597 127.0.0.1 55960 55901

So
RED: IP your Server
Orange : Port from JoinServer
SeaGreen : Port for DataServer
RoyalBlue : Port for GameServer

@flurry why u didnt run the shortcut of GameServer.exe ?
Ps: i hope u opened ur ports.

I tried with the shortcut, theres LoginServer connection fail. Let me guess, ODBC? no idea

In startup .txt put every Ip to 127.0.0.1 and retry

how about the configuration's files ip? Were some files i changed for my ip, u should know what i mean - files with ip and db account (cant check exactly what i chnanged cause im not home). Should it be my ip or local? I used mine.
Also which ip in main? Used mine

Sorry for so many questions, im new with this, and just once i had my own server but was long time ago on virtual xp machine which caused lag

if u opened ur ports then use that ip [www.canyouseeme.org]
edit ips important are on data>mapserverinfo.dat
data>iplist.cfg
data>lang>kor ,eng, jpn>commmonloc.cfg
cs/connectserver[ folder]> serverlist.dat
and ur main.exe
