Which server files are you using?
Check your GameServer configs!!
check ur main configs the ip and the serial
I'm using some IA Julia season6 files i got them from MegaMu.
But the server starts without eany errors. i think its client side
I replaced all ip's and sql passwords
Ip, is right in main. i got problems with serial earlier.
Check your ConnectServer or if you have a joinserver check it also and LOGS in GS
Make shure as all ip's are in the right places.
Check Ports, Firewall and check for any errors when running the Server
