Does anyone know how to fix this Stupid Duration Biug?

Hi there....
My problem is... that i have made server on titantechs 11.12.20 version of muserver and everything seems to be working fine besides stupid Bug of disappearing items.. Actually lack of dissapiring.. the duration time of drop item is allright the problem belongs to only to items throwed away from the inventory which make those itemes lay on the floor as loong as somebody will pick em up and cant be even never.. so it makes a mess and i need to make relog so it is look decent.. Is there anyone who can help me with this horrible joke?

11:12:20 is buggy, use 11.92 or current versions

Will it be the same version of game or that will make change at Client requirment?
and could u give me a decent link to get that so i can stark work on it? Thanks in advance cause it drive me crazy that :PP
