Don't work Castle Siege and Lant of Trials!!

People help plizzz, I have a server season 4 episode 1 and in it as though all works but don't work castle siege, the problem in that that I go to NPC (guardsman) and nothing, who knows in what a problem, still a problem in that that in Land of Trials don't drop ancient items, sorry for mine english wrote through the compiler.

Did you set up castle siege in commonserver and/or sql ?
