Editing Eventbags and Golden Invasion Times

Hello to everyone, I'd like to thank whoever is reading this for taking interest in my topic. After DAYS of editing and searching on this forum, I cant seem to solve my problems so I'll enumerate them:

1)How can I make my chaos boxes to drop excellent S4 items? I've actually managed to make it drop excellent items but still sometimes its as if it bugs out and gives me a Non-exe (If my eventbag is needed to be posted please ask)

2)How can I modify the time that the golden invasions take place? I'd love them to happen each 2 hours. I've tried configuring the commonserver.cfg changing the tantallos and other lines to 120 which I assume the time is set in minutes.(If my commonserver.cfg is needed to be posted please ask)

3)Where do I change the item drop rate???

4)Is there a way to control the golden invasion like the way u can control the red dragon event from gameserver??
