Elbeland the client closes and lock the character

Well as I commented in the title to the users of my server happens in some map (devias and elbeland above) when will we charge them and made them the map server.
They let closes the client, and when trying to enter denuevo with the same pj leaves them, they closed denuevo ... is as if pillase with that pj on that map. Yet another character if you let them get in the game and if you try to go to that city denuevo are again in the same ...
See if you can lend a hand me and tell me also how I can unlock those characters who become caught.
