ENCserver Rage fighter 3rd class problem

I have ENC Server files 2.0.4.0
If i try to make some quest with Rage Fighter then npc show me this msg - Do not have an oracle you. (you has made it) But i has not make this quest. I cant make 3rd class with Rage Fighter. Another classes perf work. Please help who know how fix it!

Class transfer quest for rage fighter has not been coded in ENC 2.0.4.0 server files.
You need wait for update (I waited 4 months.. still nothing).

ENC is crap dude , try other fils like titan tech way better
