Make sure you config it right and run it as administrator!

yes everything is set up right I read that could be OBDC but configured manually one by one .. so do not know what else can be

Thats joinserver error not connectserver, so it comes from GS because you didn't edit your ip's correctly .
make sure you replaced your Global IP in Data\Mapserverinfo.dat
ConnectServer folder serverlist.dat
and thats it. the rest ips must be 127.0.0.1
and try again.
