Error in Installing MS SQL

Anyone can help me solve this problem ?
even if i restart my computer and go back in set-up
this msg always appear, any way to get thru this ?
i got windows 7 starter 32 bit

remove every sql file u got and uninstall then rr pc and install sqleval again

Exit the installer and then do this:

1. Click START, RUN type regedit
2. Browse to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
3. Delete PendingFileRenameOperations
4. Start the install process again.
