Error installing EffectWeb

Hello everybody s, well because I'm having an affair with a template that I have for effect web and not get it to work locally.
I mean, now I have it in a hosting and only uploaded it, set it up with its 4 things and running, but I get it to work locally to edit one things and do a test .....
I am installing AppServer with ioncube and copying all such web which have in the folder: www but nothing no way and I would like to know if someone who knew the subject could I lend a hand.
The error that I get when loading the web at home is as follows:

E removed the php.ini; appearing before but I can not make it work, I hope you can's take a cable, thank you very much!

Nose if it'll be not installed correctly or that but no way, also is the web efect so put in the archives: 2.0.0 Beta Edition

hmmm ... can you try XAMPP 1.7.1 or 1.7.7 instead?

I tried it with xamp 1.7.1 and 1.7.1 xamp and give me the following errors ( I put two photos ) .
I have tried everything possible and not get to run the site locally, but in a hosting goes perfectly .
Nose if that can not be lifted xamp the web, but and tried nor appserver .
With xamp 1.7.1 just gives me the error that it can not connect to the database , but everything is open and no firewall or anything and should work .
And with xamp 1.7.7 gives me many more failures .

With the dll you've told me magtjr and tested and there is no solution , it is all the same ..... donot which may be the problem, I hope you can help me, thanks .

Man i dont know this website is weird u must ask in the thread or use other version of this WEB u know that it has released different versions try other.

the DLL that sent it solves the first mistake you posted only (Not supported in multithreaded Web servers), now these other attempts to get the original site posted by the creator with him numca had problems. The following link own creator low site of his with him had not problems.

a DLL que mandei ela resolve o primeiro erro que você postou apenas (Not supported in multithreaded Web servers), agora esses outros tenta pegar o site original postado pelo criador, com ele numca tive problemas. Segue link do proprio criador do site baixa dele com ele nao tive problemas.
