Error Items ACC Files SCFMT TitanTech v11.11.92 No Show all Full Options!

I have this problem when editing the Titan Editor (since the MuMaker clears the vault) when the item acc Full edit when I see it in the vault in the game is +15 +28 + luck + native options for the item, not full and trying everything I can and give my knowledge and nothing, could someone help me and tell me I should edit?
