First problem:

When i run Xampp, i can't connect with statistic ip. With 127.0.0.1 i can... Wher problem?

1. use other main.. ur main.exe is broken or something maybe even ur antivirus if u have blocks it etc..
2. that doesnt say if ports opened.. Open Port Check Tool type port there and seee...(server must be running)
3. well if u can't manage to open ports in wireless router then thats the issue..

I never use to open ports and server run fine. For example, now i use the same files as Jonny. I didn't open any port and everything work fine!
