Event bags on titans

i got some problems with my event bags i made all of them as i want and i did it thesame way as i used to do on s3e2 but somehow it doesnt drop what i want i mean first of all it drops zen and i dont know y i try to edit in commonserver but i guess it didnt work
it still drops zen every 2 drop here is how i set my gold medal

my idea was to get items +8 from it and for now it drops this items but they are +0 , +3and +7 what am i doin wrong with it and how the hell i set in this files drop from item bag 100%?

it still drops items+1+2+3+4+5 i really need to set it from +6 to +9

thats what i have all the time buy it still dorps items +0+1+2+3+4...+9 i know if i would set it on s3e2 it would drop from +6 to +9 with out +0+1+2+3..
