[EX700] Can't read ServerList.bmd

I've been trying for a few days to read a ServerList.bmd file from a Mu eX700 Client but it doesn't seem to work.

Tools i used but didn't work :

Magic Hand (all versions)
SEdit

Maybe someone can give out any idea on how to read/edit this version of ServerList.bmd .

Another theory of mine was that it's encrypted and that's why the editors don't seem to work.

However I'm waiting for your suggestions.

well its ex700 they might put some security crap or something not sure .

IGC Customers are able to edit the ServerList.bmd which means there has to be a EX700 .bmd Editor.
