EX802/EX803 SQL(?) Problem

Hi! First of all, i've tried everything i know about muservers and i don't find the solution lol
So, i was trying to setup the EX802 and EX803 but i get the same error in both versions. The error occurs when i try to run Joinserver.exe.

Here is the list of the archives that i've edited with IPs and SQL Pass and DBs restored:

IPs:
-ServerList.dat
-IpList.dat
-MapServerInfo.dat

SQL Pass:
-EventServer
-JoinServerInfo
-RankingServer
-ShopServer

DBs created and restored:
MU2003_EVENT_DATA
MuOnline
Ranking

I want to know if i'm missing something like DB, SQL Pass or IP edit.
Obs.: I did this config based on the EX700 tutorial.

I'll be glad if someone can post a mini tutorial teaching how to setup it.

used SQL 2008 R2

Fixed! Changed the OS to Win 7 64 bits!
