well the .php doesnt look wrong or bad .. what you should do is restore muonline2.bak (of season 3 database)
and copy the query of the memb_stat and replace it with your existing one if u know what i mean.. then it should work.
also try to use the same wz_disconnect_memb which you had from S3 into the S6 Database.
