u must change kundun/medusa Level to something higher or lower (depending on the custom item level) it has to be different or it will drop.

Kundun level 1000 = drop!

what about u change Item level?
there's no other way around to be honest, and if its bugged the only reason = custom items
it dont are bugged everythings work perfect bro, i only want exclude new ancient item from any drop.
Already Fixed from Sources mixed reprograming , please some mod closed this thread
