Exdb problem !

Hello rage sone,i hope you guys will gona help me becase i got one BIG problem with exdb.exe.
i use RMST tornado 7.12.02 files and i got some issue with exdb.exe
So my problem looks like this,when serverstartup Starts all Links start verry god and no error ,just exdb it's frezzing for a bit and its says "ExDB has stopped working"

In log file i got this error "Named pipes provider : Could not open a connection to Sql server [2]




Help me please what do i have to do?

i think your ExDB is incompatible with your OS,,or maybe you misconfigured it
