few bags and problems with my new server

hello, im about to open a new server over israel.
season 1.04j

well, ive fixed the major problems but i got few i gotta slove.
it would be really helpful if you guys will help me as much as possible to fix em all.

1.cant use soul masters skills well when it full stats, cant use few of his scrolls as evil spirit well it just stuck when i try to use it and attack just once the second i leave the right click for like a sec only.

2.3rd quest doenst show the monster kill counter.

3. i wanna move aida and dungeon from the cs gameserver to the regular gameserver.

4. i wanaa add the gemstone drop to all the monsters and not only larva (higher refine stone either)

5. mg amd dl 3rd wings. it shows everything perfect but as i try to wear them it just pop back to their position before i tried to put them on.

6.i cant find the moving text above the bar that gives credits to the coder, i wanna edit it to my servers name. and i cant find it over text.bmd, is there other place i can edit that?

7.i want everyone to see the ballon above the gms head and not only that the gm will see it.

8.i want to block all the attacks over gms.

9.invisable gm will be invisible in gameserver too! not only cs gameserver.

2.check quest.bmd and quest(kor).txt
3.check mapserverinfo.dat,find MapNumber of aida and dungeon,and change ServerCode from cs_gs to gs
4.change item level in item(kor).txt
5.Need 3rd quest to be done so you can wear those wings
6.check Slide.bmd
7.use 1.04.10 client
8.can`t do without server side coding
9.same as above.

first of all thx alot, still got few problems.

3.check mapserverinfo.dat,find MapNumber of aida and dungeon,and change ServerCode from cs_gs to gs HELPS BUT STILL GMS CANT WARP OVER A CHAR WHEN IT IS OVER THIS MAPS
4.change item level in item(kor).txt TO WHAT LVL? IVE TRIED THAT BUT ID ONT KNOW WHAT LEVEL MAKES IT DROP FROM ALL MONSTERS
5.Need 3rd quest to be done so you can wear those wings I WAS TALKING ABOUT 3RD QUEST CHARS WICH CANT WEAR IT NOT REGULAR CHARS
6.check Slide.bmd NOT HELPING
7.use 1.04.10 client WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
