i've been searching around but i never had any succes with finding the right client for the server files i got or maybe i just doing something wrong..
so i got 11.12.20 server files, the server is running without any errors so i just need to find the right client for these files i think ?

serial & version must be same as on your server side

Well i guess you do use Titan tech files, so MuServer/SCFData/
open SCF_Common.ini & configure version / serial
ClientExeVersion=1.04.04
ClientExeSerial=k1Pk2jcET48mxL3b
about client side
in main version must be 22749 (if you use jewels.dll change version too / it's near to ip)
serial must be same client<->server edit main (if you use jewels.dll change serial too near to version)
if you downloaded Shino package then in ur main version/serial

i can click on the server now, but didn't succeded to make any account yet, using titan editor but it isn't adding my account, if i click add it says its added but doesn't show up in list.. any other methode to make an account ?
Check config of TitanEditor, also check ur md5 settings.
if you use only MuOnline db you can try also MuMaker
