Fixing twisting slash na pk bug

server version: season ( MMT Server Files i think gs is 1.00.18

twisting slash can be used without weapon ...
PK Bug - when u kill Phonoman it drops items from inventory

2nd question, well i thinks all sett are same rite.well im using GS 1.04.11

so why dont you try go:
..\Data\commonserver.cfg
myne looks like this...

IsItemDropRingOfTransform		= 1
ItemDropRingOfTransform			= 1

see the string for PKItemDrop = 0 <-- 0 mean no drops. if you put 1 means drops
