I dont know if I understand what you need, but if you want to change this texts, search for them in Text.bmd or Text_eng.bmd located in Client/Data/Local and Client/Data/Local/Eng.

Open the Gameserver dll (like WzAG or GPSTeam.dll) with Olly and search for that string.I can not help you, because i do not know what files do you use.
