Game working response error causes conclusion ?!?!

Hello RageZone community,

I'm the owner of Real Mu and I'm facing against a critical problem I dont know how to solve.
My players are getting randomaly disconnections without any logical reason I can find.

Every time a player get this randomaly dc, I can find this log after the disconnection logs lines:
Game working response error causes conclusion [12028][][xxxx][189.52.35.2]

2 strange things:
1) Why there is no AccountID there?
2) What is the source of this?

This is how regular disconnection looks like:

And this is how it look when the player had randomaly dc:

* When I log out by clickin X on Windows mode or by exiting the game regulary the message doesnt appear, only when a play gets that randomaly dc.
I have contacted to IGCN and they dont know what to tell me, kind o ftheir regular answers like its you configuration fault and etc.

* I have contacted my provider: OVG and I still in communication with them, but they confirmed its not any sort of attack and they also confirmed they dont have any problems on their side.


- Im using IGCN files season 9 latest version.
- OS: Windows 2012 R2.
- Hosted in OVH: HOST-32L - 32G Xeon D-1520 SoftRaid 2x2 TB.
- Disabled the OVH Fire Wall.

Please someone that had this problem can help me?
In IGCN they says the problem is communication betweeb the client side to the server side and the problem is on my host provider.
However Im using good dedicated server like metnouned above from a good company: OVH.
Also MY OS is Windows 2012 R2 and I got a geniue Activitaion for 2 year.

As I remember when I encountered this problem,you need to know how to fixed GameServer via OllyDBG.
This error will disappear after fixing getqueuedcompletionstatus on GameServer.exe.There is no problem with your Hosts.

Yes I'm kind of agree with KarLi, if IGCN says that its host problem they probably know what they talking about.
And if it where only a minor fix on the spurce code they would do it.
Anyway for now I'm 99% sure its from host, but the question is what in host?

I'm not using some cheap host, I'm using dedicated server from OVH as mentioned above.

assuming you tried cpucount 0
and you tried updating your OS full..
maybe your server performance is having issues, like if you go and order a new Dedi server, then you might not have any disconnect issue for 1-2 months.. untill it happens again - must be really host issue.

Windows updates have installed but they need rebott server for to be active.
So for this I will go for a maintenance this night, and then I will let you know if problem fixed.
About CPUCOUNT yes im using 1 processor and still have the issue.

Actually it doesn't need to install the updates just reboot your host and or try to reinstall os :) that is what i did on my server :) and i just fixed it :) :p lol

Who the Dumb reinstall his windows while having server opened with players on and has to to find obviously a permanent solution and not a noobish like yours ..

First of all your sugguestion/comment was stupid and u know it your self, if that was a solution he'd be doing it already days ago.

Just wanted to let you know that I installed all of the latest updates of my Windows Server 2012 R2 and problem not solved.
I'm still searching for the right answer, please try to help me with that.
