GameServer has stopped working

Server Files: MMT Season II (English)
VPS OS: Windows 2008 64Bit
Server Specifications: 2.0GHZ, 2GB RAM, 100MBPS Speed

When opening GS I got this problem:

rightcick the gameserver.exe > Click Properties >Click on Compatibily Tab>Check the box "Run this prgram in compatibility mode for:"

then choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
