Gameserver is not responding

im using Titans Tech 10.07.65 Season 6 By Antiferna and i keep getting this error. Server was working fine before... tried all compatibility modes and ran as admin, im using win 7 32 bits

probably some misconfiguration on the CUSTOM configs part check that one. i got this problem sometimes but got sorted out by double checking the custom configs .

What custom configs? i tried taking the files out of the rar file and overwriting the ones and it still didnt work
