Gameserver not loading 11.11.82-92

Hello.
I am trying to run a 11.11.82 server http://forum.ragezone.com/f197/repac...1-11-a-846773/.

i've configured ip's (all of them 127.0.0.1), sql name and password. registered odbc. but something is wrong,cause my gs and gs_cs are not loading properly. I've tried to run 97d+99i server . and everything loaded perfectly. I was hoping you guys, can tell me what am i missing.
