Gens error

Well 1st of all we got zTeam Files s8ep2

We put the gens requiment lvl to enter on 50level ( on GensSystem.xml )

<startpoint>0</startpoint> <!-- Start contribution points after joining -->
<minlevel>50</minlevel> <!-- Min. level for joining -->
<minreset>0</minreset> <!-- Min. reset for joining -->

And already activate this ( on CommonServer.cfg )

//->// Gens System
//=====================================
GensSystemRun = 1

But the problem that when we try to join on both Gens we get that message:
You already joined the gens.

But we are not.....

Any solution for this problem?

Make new character and recheck, if no issues then your another char is like stuck joined in Gens, if still that message then somethin wrong with the rest configs maybe too?

We try it with more than 5 different new char and didnt work ( over 50lvl )
Do you know any solution how to fix it?

Hmm....
I just made it work somehow...
If i made manual the char 50lvl is allow me to enter gens
but if i edit the char lvl i cant :D

Ah, hmm well its someething in ur database as probably with the leveling and gens event, dont know how to help you though sry.

Well we find what going wrong for the moment.
All chars that we edit lvl from admin panel cant join on gens.
But all those who lvl up manual to the requiment lvl ( 50 ) they can enter.

When you made your char with mumaker ? Did you set the level and the xp according to lvl 50 or just left it at 0 or lower then lvl 50 ?

I didnt made it the main admin made it but propably he make this mistake so client didnt recognise the char...
