Get the server Online (Help plz)

I have Dboyz 1.2Q+ by Czt Team server files and client. i've made everything according to guide and it worked for me. I changed ip-es by my local ip (192.168.1.xx) in ConnectServer/Cs.ini Data/mapserverinfo.dat other files i wrote 127.0.0.1 and it 100% worked. Then i wanted my friend to test the game, i changed my local ip-es(192.168.1.xx) to my global ip (94.43.123.89) in connectserver/cs.ini Data/mapserverinfo.dat Data/lang/chs.../kor.../vtm.../commonloc.cfg and of course in main.exe and launcher (global ip-> 94.43.123.89). but it didn't work. he got DC after loading bar. what can i do? where else should i change ip-es? plzz help

maybe you don't have loopback adapater

No, i haven't :( is it possible to install loopback adapter on windows vista?

i have installed loopback adapter and i can access server, but others still can't? why? is there any files to change the ip?

try forwarding ports (44405 joinserver)

open your ports if you are under a ROUTER ,,

it doesn't work :( any more idea about this problem? oh, one more thing, my local area connection 2 where is microsoft loopback adapter installed when i point the mouse it says: Limited Connectivity! is this effect to my problem?

yes :D

"Limited connectivity" happens when your computer can connect to the network ... but it can't.

try to fix that xD

wtat does that mean? i checked ports on this site:
Error: I could not see your service on 94.43.123.89 on port (44405)
Reason: Connection timed out
